Greg MacDonald founded Sage Insurance Advisors, formally MacDonald Insurance Services, in 2001. He began specializing in Medicare insurance when Medicare Advantage plans and Part D prescription plans became available in 2006. Greg has a Master’s degree from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He is a Certified Senior Advisor, (CSA), Certified Long-Term Care specialist (CLTC), and past board President of the NE Indiana Long-term Care Ombudsman program. Prior to entering the insurance industry, MacDonald worked 20 years in the construction and manufacturing industries as a manager and business owner. Greg is married to Elizabeth, has three daughters, and a growing number of grandkids.
